The Tongdu Tune Divine Law With The Clinical Studies Of Joint Mobilization Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: Via the clinical observation of accupuntures based on regulating du channel and relaxing spirit, in coporation with JMAM, evaluate the therapeutic effect of LDH.Methods:The 89 patients were strictly and random allocated. 45cases of LDH in A group treated by accupuntures based on regulating du channel and relaxing spirit, and JMAM. The 44 cases of LDH in B group treated by JMAM only. The two group were all treated once a day .The couse of the treatment is from 5 to 10 times in constant. At last, observe the therapeutic effect of LDH and compare the JOA scores between the two groups,record improvement index.Results:In the clinical curative effect standard evaluation, the A group cured 28 excamples, improved 15 examples, unrecovered 2 examples, the total efficiency is 95.56%.The B group cured 11 examples, improved 26 excamples, unrecovered 7 excamples,the total efficiency is 84.09%. Between the two groups, the cure rate difference was significant (P<0.05), A group surpasses B group. The statistical analysis demonstrated that the difference of JOA grades enhanced by therapy was significant (P<0.01). Between two groups, B group is superior to A group(P<0.05). The cure rate of blood stagnation and cold dampness of A group is surpasses B group (P<0.05). JOA scores of cold-dampness of A group surpasses B group (p<0.05). In A group, the total efficiency of blood-stagnation and cold-dampness surpasses the difficiency of liver and kidney type(P<0.05). And blood stagnation's improvement index surpasses deficiency of liver and kidney type(P<0.05).
