This dissertation collected firstly the related databases in national and international tumor vaccine researching domain. It summarized the current manufacture, competition and occupation information for the tumor vaccine market. The hot topics and developing trends are evaluated via analyzing the literature, patent and market information in these databases. The conclusion of these analyses is expected to conduce to relevant policies of cancer vaccine researching for government, institutions and enterprises. The main work and the achievements in this dissertation are as follows:Firstly, SCIE and Pubmed database are selected as the main source of the literatures of tumor vaccine. These literatures were analyzed by the bibliometrics, co-word methods. TDA and CiteSpace are adopted as the main analysis tools.It concluded that the tumor vaccines have been paid attention all the world. Unite States have the obvious advantage in the number of literatures and related institutions. Unite States also occupies the core position at international cooperation because of its powerful international influence. China has large number of papers but low international influence, little international cooperation. The hot topic in the tumor vaccines domain focus on individual treatment of cancer, dendritic cells, T lymphocytes in the immune response, drug administration, tumor cell antigen, uveal melanoma, human papilloma virus, heat shock protein and etc.Secondly, two patents database are selected as the international and national source of the patents of tumor vaccine. They are respectively Derwent Innovations Index database and Shanghai Intellectual Property Information on Platform. The statistical method and Thomson Data Analyzer tools are adopted in the analysis. The concern topics focus on Priority years, Priority countries, patent assignee, IPC and etc.It present that the international trend is "up-down-up" while national is "up-down" from the analyzing the total number of the tumor vaccine patent. Top 10 in the rank of total number all are occupied by the developed countries, except China. Enterprises assignee more tumor vaccine patent than institutions and other organizations. GlaxoSmith keeps the largest number of cancer vaccine patents. The hot IPC classifications are A61K, C12N, C07K and A61P from analysis.Thirdly, Pharmaporject database is retrieved as the source of market information of tumor vaccine. The information of tumor vaccines in Launched status and R &D status are analyzed. The competitive intelligence is expected to providing for institutions and enterprises to develop tumor vaccines in the analysis.It found that the Launched tumor vaccine focus on bladder cancer vaccine, cervical cancer vaccine, colon cancer ,melanoma vaccine, prostate cancer vaccine according to the analysis. The melanoma vaccine, breast cancer and prostate cancer vaccine are paid more attention by researchers. Most of the researching related the tumor vaccines are preceding by the developed countries.The research of this dissertation can be used by the Institution of Cancer Vaccine Research and the Drug R&D enterprises. The dissertation recommended the increasing investment of cancer vaccine and the international cooperation should be paying more attention. The transforming from basis research to vaccine should be strengthened in the next schedule.
