Social Network Visualization Analysis Of Knowledge On Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris Chinese Medical Treatment Based On Bibliometrics

With the development of social economy and the change of national life style,especially the acceleration of social aging and urbanization,the prevalence and mortality rate of coronary heart disease(CHD)in China is increasing year by year.Coronary heart disease prevention and control work is urgently required.However,although Western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease has achieved good curative effect,its known and unknown risk exist.We should also consider other aspects of patients’ damage.In Chinese medical theory,coronary heart disease belongs to category of "chest obstruction with pain".Ancient physicians have inherited and developed the theory on Chinese medical treatment of coronary heart disease and characteristic clinical experience.Chinese medicine has unique advantages and has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Through bibliometrics and social network visualization analysis of the literatures on the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease in recent ten years,this research summarizes the general trend of the literature,the distribution of the journals and funds,the regional distribution of authors and institutions,and the distribution of key words,exploring the contemporary core academic team on the Chinese medical treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which can provide a reference to clinical and scientific research.This paper is divided into the following two parts:literature review and social network visualization analysis.The first part is literature review:This article expounds the disease name,the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease in TCM,and the Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment of chest obstruction with pain from the perspective of intervention of organs,wind-pathogen,phlegm stagnation and collaterals,and elaborated the unique advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.The second part is social network visualization analysis:Objective:Through bibliometrics and social network visualization analysis,the distribution trend of literature and contemporary Chinese academic teams on the Chinese medical treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were digged to study the academic ideas and research directions in recent ten years.Methods:Retrieve CBM disk,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database to get related literature on the Chinese medical treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris from 2007 to 2016.Export the bibliography of the literature and use the regular expression "A\d.+" and software Regexbuddy to extract author information.Apply price law and synthetical index method to confirm core authors,use software Ucinet to do Cluster analysis for candidates of core author,adopt software Netdraw to draw co-author path,and utilize software Excel and SPSS to make statistical analysis for the distribution of quantity,authors,organization,foundation of related literature.Results:Through duplicate checking by software EndNote and inclusion and exclusion criteria,13926 documents were brought into study,confirming 117 candidates of core author,32 core authors and 19 core authors in extension.Study Found that the number of documents was increasing year by year,the first source of literature was "Journal of Emergency in Traditional Chinese Medicine",the first fund project was National Natural Science Foundation,the first author institution was Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the first regional distribution was Beijing.8 academic teams were confirmed from the standpoint of literature publication and scientific research cooperation:Chen Keji team,Wang Jie team,Zhang Mingxue team,Wang Wei team,Mao Jingyuan team,Zhang Minzhou team,Yuan Zhaokai team,and Du Wuxun team,and the core academic thoughts of each team were analyzed.Conclusion:The research on the field of coronary heart disease’ Chinese medical treatment develops with a steady pace,and there are regional differences in the characteristics and distribution of researchers.Contemporary Chinese medicine academic team inherited and carried forward the traditional Chinese medicine theory from different perspectives.
