Alzheimer Disease(AD),commonly known as Alzheimer's disease,is a degenerative neurological degenerative disease that develops insidiously.Because the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease has not been completely clarified,although countries around the world have invested a lot of money and research and development to carry out research and development of related drugs,so far there is still no drug to treat this disease,so further analysis and excavation of information on the development of drug research is particularly important.There are not many relevant papers on information analysis in this field in China.The existing papers are analyzed from the perspective of literature alone,or from the perspective of patents,and the analysis of information is relatively simple.This paper collects a large number of data on the research and development of Alzheimer's disease drugs from domestic and foreign professional databases.From the two perspectives of literature and patents,it compares time trends and geographical and national distributions.The theoretical research and technology development in the field of dysentery drug research and its frontier hotspots and overall trends are detected.On this basis,science and technology are further revealed through the establishment of the literature patent incremental model and the scientific and technological relevance of major national institutions in the field of detection,the rules of interaction and transformation.This paper combines theoretical research on drug development and patent intelligence to provide comprehensive information support and cutting-edge research directions for researchers and institutions in the field of drug research and development in Alzheimer's disease from a practical perspective,and guides the country in strategic planning of science and technology and promotes science and technology transformation rate.The research methods in this paper are as follows:Through the Mesh vocabulary and repeated practice to develop a search strategy for data in the field of Alzheimer's disease,retrieve and download from Alzheimer in the authoritative journal literature database Web of Science(WOS)and the patent database Derwent Innovation(DII).The literature and patent data found to date have been used as data sources for analysis.Based on the two data sources of patent and literature,the paper compares and analyzes the two dimensions of time and space,and uses Excel software to calculate and display the patent-document time trend graph and the regional(country)distribution double bubble graph.Based on the patent and document data sources,after using Citespace software to format the patent data,the patent and document data from 2010 to 2017 were processed using software to produce the main research institutions of the patent literature in the Alzheimer field.Network diagrams,and patent literature mixed cocitation clustering maps.Based on the literature and patent data sources,the patent incremental model was established and verified by SPSS Statistics 23 software.And using the method of patent citation analysis,the scientific correlation degree and technical relevance index are calculated.Through a series of studies in this paper,it is proved that the comparative analysis of domain research using the combination of patent data and literature data source and the knowledge base of research and development in this field as well as the frontier hotspots have corresponding theoretical basis and are actually operational.And the analysis results of the two data sources can complement each other and verify each other.These two methods of data source combination analysis can more comprehensively display the current status and frontier trends of the industry at the macro level,and can conduct in-depth analysis through relevant data and reports at the micro level.The innovation of this paper is to combine the patent and document data sources in the Alzheimer field for the first time,objectively and comprehensively present the time and space distribution trends in the field,and draw the cooperation network diagram of the main R&D institutions and detect them.At the forefront of the field,and through the establishment of literature and patent incremental models,using patent citation analysis methods to detect the interaction and law of science and technology.
