Helicobacter Pylori-associated Chronic Gastritis Of Tcm Hou Study

Objective:Medical studies of chronic gastritis have entered a new phase with the discovery of Helicobacter pylori. Helicobacter pylori infection was present rising trend year by year. The number of Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis (HPAG) is increasing too. This has led to attach great importance to the World Health Organization. In this paper, under the guidance of theory of traditional Chinese medicine, We probe into the risk factors, pathogenesis, evidence-based distribution and characteristics of evidence Hou of HPAG,and try to provide a reference value for Disease-based traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This thesis contains literature and clinical study. The literature review has two pieces.The first one is named the Chinese Medicine Research Survey of HPAG.It primarily probes into the namning, Etiology,Pathogenesis and differential Treatment of HPAG access to ancient and modern Chinese literature, and eveals the current status of this disease and the lack of research.The second one is named the Modern Study of HPAG.It probes into the relationship between HP and chronic gastritis,current diagnosis and treatment of this disease progress,and the inadequacies of current situation.The part of the clinical observation study is a multi-center prospective study.Through the investigation of the clinical data of HPAG patients,and using frequency analysis,x2 test,principal component analysis and factor analysis method,We aim to research the risk factors,symptom distribution, distribution and stasis syndrome study characteristics of HPAG.Results:There are significant differences in age and gender,but it is not statistically significant in the occupational distribution.The main factors are Improper diet and emotional factors.Eating out frequently are more likely to occur in this disease.Epigastric fullness is the most common symptom, often accompanied by insomnia.String-like pulse,slippery pulse and rapid pulseare more common in pulse condition.Red tongue is more common in tongue manifestation. Greasy, yellow and thick coating are common in encrusted tongue.Superficial gastritis with erosion are most in Gastroscopy.The distribution of TCM(The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine)is:damp-heat syndrome in the spleen and stomach) syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach) deficiency spleen and stomach) stomach yin deficiency) stagnated blood of stomach meridian.Evil indeed is the main characteristic of TCM Hou in HPAG,mainly refering to damp and heat.It locats in the liver,spleen,stomach and heart.There are also syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. Evil indeed contains liver-fire,stomach fire and damp heat.Asthenia of healthy qi mainly is impairment of yin. It locats in the liver and stomach.Deficiency are rare.Pathogenesis are mainly hot and humid,air stagnation,both qi,yin deficiency.Conclusion:1.HPAG is related to sex and age,.female and milddle-aged are more common.Eating out could increase prevalence of this disease. 2.TCM syndrome distibution of HPAG relatively concentrated in the spleen and stomach syntoms,some symptoms of biliary symptoms and the Heart Sutra. Oral symptoms and tongue and pulse performance are more prominent in the syndrome,and have a more important position.3.HPAG is mainly caused by improper diet and rather further smooth.Pathogenesis include mainle hot and humid,air stagnation both qi deficiency yin deficiency.4.The characteristics of this disease syndrome are dominated by real evil,also visible deficiency mixed syndrome,deficiency syndrome rare disease place mainly in the liver and stomach,heart and kidney invovled.Spleen is the most common disease syndrome.
