In recent years, the morbidity of skin disease is increasing along with the diet and lifestyle changes. There are many superiorities in traditional chinese medcine about skin disease treatment.The root of the skin disease is the organs function imbalance,and at the same time, the expression of the skin disease is on the outside.It leads the result that some doctors pay much attention on the outside,but little attention on the inside. The cases of acne osacea, exudative dermatitis, chloasma, and psoriasis, which are common skin diseases in clinic, are selected from CNKI and VIP according to Certain standards. They are analysised with four characters,five tastes, channel distribution, effects and etc. to proving the relationship about the skin disease and spleen with stomach.The third part is clinical application. My tutor professor Xiaohong Gu pay much attention on organs symptoms when she cures the skin diseases, such as menorrhagia, appetite, defection, mood, sleep and etc. to distinguish the inside disordered organs, especially the spleen and stomach. In this part, the theory of experience about professor Gu curing acne osacea around spleen with stomach, and clinical cases are showed, to proving the relationship about the skin disease and spleen with stomach from the clinical applications.
