Acupoints are the special locations which connect the meridians and body's Zang-fu organs. It is not only the response of disease but also the part we do the treatment of acupuncture. Each acupoint located in different place has different function because it belongs to different organs and different meridians. It means that some acupoints can indicate the special disease and regulate the special organs, which is relatively specificity of acupoints. At present the specificity of acupoints has just started, which still need for further research..In this experiment, we take cold hemoglutination stasis rat model as object of observation and use Geshu one of the crossing acupoints, Xuehai and Weizhong which closely related with removing blood stasis and Qiuxu belonged to Shaoyang meridian which has not significant correlation with the Blood moving. Observe the different changes of Thromboxane A2, Prostacyclin and the ratio of them to compare different functions and mechanisms of them in blood circulation. In order to further clarify the scientific meaning of the specificity of acupoints and provide the objective basis for the clinical treatment.In experiment, use 96 healthy male SD rats divided into control groups (A and B), model groups (A and B), and treatment group (Geshu A and B, Xuehai A and B, Weizhong A and B, Qiuxu A and B). Except 16 rats from control groups, the other 80 rats were put into-20℃ice boxes 4h per day in five days to form the models. Rats in A Groups received 1 treatment with five moxas in the second day after modeling. Rats in B Groups received 1 treatment with five moxas per day from the second day after modeling in the next five days. Everyday crawl rats 1 time in control groups and model groups. We select blood of the rats in A groups in 7 days and B groups in 11 days, to observe changes of TXB2,6-K-P and T/K before and after treatment.The main experimental results1. The impact of Thromboxane B2by moxibustion (TXB2)Comparing with the group of model A, the group of Geshu A, Xuehai A and Weizhong A obviously reduced (P< 0.05). Comparing with the group of model B, the other groups obviously reduced (P<0.05). There is no significant difference of Geshu B and A (P> 0.05).But there are significant differences between the Xuehai A and B, Weizhong A and B, Qiuxu A and B (P< 0.05) 2. The impact of Levels of 6-keto-prostaglandin by moxibustion (6-K-P)Comparing with the group of model A, the group of Geshul A and XuehaiI A significantly increased (P< 0.05). Comparing with the group of model B, the group of Geshu B, Xuehai B and Weizhong B significantly increased (P< 0.05). Comparing with the groups A and B of Geshu and Weizhong, there are obvious differences (P<0.05). But there are no significant differences between the groups A and B of Xuehai and Qiuxu (P> 0.05). The impact of Thromboxane/Prostacyclin by moxibustion (T/K)3.Comparing with the relevant model groups, the T/K reduced in every groups (P< 0.05). There are no significant differences between group A and B of Geshu and Weizhong (P> 0.05). But there are significant differences between group A and B of Xuehai and Qiuxu (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.ThromboxaneA2 increased and Prostacyclin decreased of cold hemoglutination stasis rat model. And the ratio of them is unbalance, which is one of the elements causing Blood stasis.2. In different course of treatment, moxibustion on Geshu can restrain the production of Thromboxane A2 and promote secretion of Prostacyclin to regulate the ratio of them and keep the balance of Hemodynamics and the function of blood platelet. So it validated different causes can regulate Prostacyclin.3. In different course of treatment, moxibustion on Xuehai and Weizhong can regulate the ratio of Thromboxane A2 and Prostacyclin of the model rats to balance them.4. Moxibustion on Qiuxu can play a role on the level of Thromboxane A2, but no influence on Prostacyclin and the ratio. In some degree, it implied the evidence to prove the regulation blood circulation of Qiuxu.In summary, moxibustion on Geshu, Xuehai and Weizhong can remove the blood stasis and regulate the circulation, which has the relationship with ThromboxaneA2, Prostacyclin and the ratio. In some degree, it direct mechanism of regulating blood circulation of Geshu as Xuehui. Xuehai and Weizhong as Xuexi can regulate Thromboxane A2, Pr ostacyclin and the ratio. The experiment illustrated the meaning of acupoint specificity and the effect of points match.
