Goal;Discusses the relations between type 2 diabetic hemoglutination,the filament dissolves the function exceptionally and the trunk pathological change relations.Method The first group includes 57 sufferers who have the type 2 diabetes and trunk pathological change.The second group includes 55 sufferers who have type 2 diabetes but without trunk pathological change,and the third group is the comparison which includes 54 healthy ones who have joined the physical examination.then we examined the blood plasma t-PA.PAI-1.BMI.FINS.HbAlc. HS-CRP.Fbg.the blood fats(triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein)and so on.Observed 3 groups blood plasma t-PA and the PAI-1 with the statistical method to find whether there is a remarkable difference.And observed the relevance between the facts;PAI-1,blood fats,BMI,FINS,HbAlc,HS-CRP and Fbg and the type 2 diabetes trunk pathological change.Result;The t-PA,PAI-1 have no remarkable differences between the second group (type 2 diabetes non-trunk pathological change group)and the the control group. The the t-PA content's drop and the PAI-1 content's elevation of tests 1 group (type 2 diabetes to have trunk pathological change group)have the remarkable relevance with the healthy control group,and also have the remarkable relevance with the non-trunk pathological change group.Carries on the Logistic stepwise regression analysis,the result indicates that diabetes course,HbAlc,BMI,TG, Fbg,HS-CRP,t-PA PAI-1 obviously related separately with the fact that whether to contract the trunk pathological change(P<0.05).Conclusion;type 2 diabetics exist congeal high the condition,and the hemoglutination,the filament dissolved the function exceptionally participate in type 2 diabetes trunk pathological change's occurrence. Significance;The trunk pathological changes of the type 2 diabetic hemoglutination may have been existed at the early stage of the diabetic,even at the beginning of it.There are no significances at the beginning,but when the extent develops to some degree(even3/4),the symptom would be appears,while is is too late.So,it is very important and has a lot of sense of diagnosis,prevention,rememdy at the early stage in order to prevent and postpone the occur and the development of the trunk pathological changes.The mechanism of the occurring of the type 2 diabetic trunk pathological changes is complication involved accompany with lots of dangerous factors.In our reaserch,we find that type 2 diabetic hemoglutination take place with congeal high the condition and the filament dissolved the function decreasing.And there is a intimate relationship between the heigh level of the insulin in the blood,dyslipidemia,obesity,reaction of the inflammation and the trunk pathological changes.So,in order to remedy the type 2 diabetic hemoglutination,controlling the weight,treating dyslipidemia,hold back coagulate ect trements must be take into account other than the controlling the consanguinity.If the anomaly of the filament dissolves and the function exceptionally could be observed and rectified,decreasing the PAI-1 and up the t-PA leavel at the early stage,we can prevent and postpone the occur and the development of the trunk pathological complications.
