The Globalized Age is the times with transcultural exchanges, fusions and collisions. Nowadays the multiplication is the prominent characteristic of Chinese social life. In order to adapt to the social background of globalization and diversification, the development trend of nursing, the important component of the health care services, inevitable becomes multicultural care. Nursing education is the most important cornerstone of the nursing career's development. How the nursing education fits the chanllenge of the transculture nursing is the hot issue, which nursing education ,clinical and health administration departments pay close attention to and needs to solved imminently. The study first paid attention to the nurse students. Upon reviewing previous research, the present cognition carries out analyses in respect of speculative knowledge, speech communication, religion custom, diet culture and influence factor by means of questionnaire. Training intervention has been applied by case teaching, aim at teaching, question self-study. Comparing training effect between before and after the intervention. Afterwards, some suggestions are proposed to transcultural nursing curriculum and learning strategies in order to promote students' level of cognition and skill about transcultural nursing.The results reveal that the students' level with transcultural nursing cognition is not to be high, displays in the knowledge theory, the language communication, the religious custom and in the diet culture four dimensions. The overall passes an examination rate is low. By the concept unclear the nursing method did not know especially, the prevention culture shock measure unclear, "the Sunrise Model" had not heard, the cultural attendance preservation, the adjustment and the reconstruction do not understand and so on for prominently.The influence the students' transcultural nursing cognition the primary factor is in turn has not requested, not to train, had not known because has this content abstractly, difficult to study, the language exchange difficulty does not want to study.Three kind of training intervention cognition score finally longitudinal comparison: The difference has the significance, indicated the case , can enhance aim at teaching and from question self-study students' transcultural nursing cognition level; three kind of training intervenes and simulates the real-life scenery service inspection the crosswise comparison: The case enhances the degree to be biggest, aim at teaching next best, enhances of the degree from question self-study to be smallest, the case with has the significance difference aim at teaching and from question self-study between.In the above research foundation, this research proposed suggested as follows: (1) it is clear about it in the construction harmonious nursing function propagandizes transcultural nursing vigorously; (2) addition multicultural nursing curriculum is nurses the education to be supposed to the social multiplication way that must be taken; (3) addition multicultural nursing curriculum should be clear about the teaching goal and the course content; (4) uses the case to teach and to give dual attention to other teaching methods is carries on the multicultural nursing teaching the effective strategy; (5) establishment multicultural nursing study information bank, helps to protect lives the understanding and the application theory; (6) compiles the Chinese and British law date four language classifications to nurse 200, protects satisfiedly lives the clinical practice the need.
