The Acupuncture Phlebotomy Treatment Houbi (tanning Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Studies

Objective: To observe the acupuncture bloodletting treatment clinical curative effect for curing obstructive syndrome of the throat (phlegm coagulation and blood stasis) and from both theory and clinical research aspects to systematically discuss the mechanism of acupuncture bloodletting to treat obstructive syndrome of the throat (phlegm coagulation and blood stasis).Method: The clinical practice chosen 48 examples of the standardized obstructive syndrome of the throat (phlegm coagulation and blood stasis) patients and then divided into two groups stochastically. The treatment group used the acupuncture bloodletting treatment and the control group gave the radio frequency treatment then we were observing two groups of clinical curative effects.Results: After 28 days of the clinical research and experiments, treatment group total effectiveness was 79.2% and the control group total effectiveness was 70.8%. Followed the chi-square test, N>40, T>5, P=0.505, P>0.05, explained between the treatment group and the control group does not have the difference, but the treatment group has themethod of treatment operation simply, convenient, the patient does not have the pain, is easy to accept, curing rate high characteristic.Conclusion: According to fundamentals of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine): long illness to the stasis, the theory which rheumatism anti- does not pass, the acupuncture bloodletting treatment for curing obstructive syndrome of the throat (phlegm coagulation and blood stasis) uses outside the acupuncture bloodletting unique Chinese medicine to govern the law, enables the partial hemorrhage reduced pressure to achieve passes detachably, relieves congestion effect of the detumescent, improves partial circulation, reduces and eliminates the clinical symptoms rapidly. We want to establish one standard method of treatment to cure the obstructive syndrome of the throat through this research (phlegm coagulation and blood stasis). This treatment is easy to do, the expense is cheap, the curative effect is good and the effect is stable. So that it is suitable for development in the countryside and the community.
