PART I INVESTIGATION ON THE TRAIT COPING STYLE IN MIGRAINE PATIENTSObjective: To study the characteristics of trait coping style in migraine patients and provide a theoretical proof for the psychological and behavioral interventions.Method: A total of 120 migraine patients, visiting the headache clinic at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,were invited to participate in this study.They completed the general information questionnaire and the Trait Coping Sty1e Questionnaire(TCSQ),then data was analyzed using statistic method.Result: The scores of NC in migraine patients were higher than normal(P﹤0.001),the scores of PC had no significant difference(P﹥0.05).Both the scores of PC and NC in male had no significant difference compared with female(P﹥0.05).The difference of PC and NC in different educational level groups had no statistical significance also(P﹥0.05).Conclusion: Trait coping style in migraine patients has its own characteristics, the psychological and behavioral interventions should be targeted. PART II INVESTIGATION ON FACTORS RELATED MEDICATION DEPENDENCE IN MIGRAINE PATIENTSObjective: To investigate medication dependence in chronic migraine patients and look for the factors associated with medication dependence and provide a theoretical proof for clinical intervention in the future.Method: The International Classification of Headache Disorders 2nd Edition criteria for chronic migraine were used, a total of 56 qualified chronic migraine patients, visiting the headache clinic at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, were invited to participate in this study. The Medication Dependence Questionnaire in Headache Patients (MDQ-H), the Migraine Disability Assessment Scale (MIDAS), the Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) and the general information questionnaire were completed by them, and then data was analyzed using regression analysis.Result: The Medication Dependence Questionnaire in this sample scored 63.37士21.04, Multiple stepwise regression showed that the main factors that significantly influenced the Medication Dependence Questionnaire scores were prevalence time and MIDAS scores (P<0.05), which gradually entered the multiple regression equation. Positive coping style scores,negative coping style scores and age had no significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: The Medication Dependence Questionnaire scores in our study show that chronic migraine patients have medication dependence tendency. Prevalence time and MIDAS could be used to predict medication dependence in chronic migraine patients, which have significant clinical value.
