| Objective: This study was to observe the clinical curative effect of Yangxie Qugong Granule in the treatment of yin deficiency and blood heat of perimenopausal uterine bleeding,and to explore the theoretical basis and method for treatment of this disease.Method: Sixty patients with perimenopausal uterine bleeding of yin deficiency and blood heat were collected and randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yangyin Guchong granule,and 30 rats in the control group were treated with Baogong Zhixue granules,all for 10 days.Then Record the hemostasis effect,clinical curative effect,comparison of TCM Symptom Score,endometrial changes,prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and the serum level of calciumion after treatment.Results: Two groups of treatment of perimenopausal uterine bleeding were effective(Intra-group comparison,P <0.05)),The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group was 83.33%(Between groups,P < 0.05);The total effective rate of the treatment group aspect was 93.33% in hemostasis aspect,total effective rate of hmostasis of control group was 86.67%(Between groups,P < 0.05);The treatment group had obvious advantages in reducing TCM syndrome scores(Between groups,P < 0.05),The treatment group have more advantages in improve feverish palms and soles,insomnia and dreamful sleep,dry mouth and throat,soreness and weakness of waist and knees symptoms;In reducing the thickness of the endometrium,shorten the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time,improve serum calcium levels,Yangyin GuChong granule group were better than the control group(Between groups,P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yangyin Guchong Granule in the treatment of yin deficiency and blood heat has a better curative effect on perimenopausal uterine bleeding,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical popularization and Application... |
