| Purpose : Research"calming liver-wind"acupuncture treatment of migraine hyperactivity clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and functional score,TCD monitoring of clinical evaluation method to explore the"calming liver-wind"acupuncture treatment of hyperactivity type mechanism of migraine.Method:Patient at the premise of informed consent,in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,randomized single-blind method,will meet the requirements of the 60 cases were divided into two groups,namely,the treatment group"(calming liver-wind"acupuncture treatment) , the control group (conventional needle method).The above-mentioned two groups of the 30 cases,treatment one time every day,6 times for a course of treatment,a total of two courses,one day rest between treatments. Before and after treatment at the use of clinical symptoms and functional score,TCD monitoring of the clinical evaluation method to compare the two groups.Result:Inter-group comparison after treatment, headache attack frequency, headache extent, headache duration,accompanying symptoms were significantly different (P <0.05),shows that the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the treatment group than the control group;after treatment between the two groups anterior cerebral artery (ACA),middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) of the Vm of comparison,significant difference (P <0.05),the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:"Calming liver-wind"acupuncture treatment of migraine hyperactivity significant effect,"calming liver-wind"acupuncture treatment can be effective in improving clinical symptoms and the TCD of the indicators,with regulating vasomotor function,to improve the role of the brain blood circulation. |
