Purpose: In accordance with the comparison of clinical commonly used migraine therapeutic drugs,this topic proves the analgesic effect of liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules and discusses the action mechanism for migraine treatment with liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules by observing the analgesic effect of liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules,measuring contents of NO and NOS in rat plasma of migraine with liver-yang hyperactivity and carrying out the statistical analysis.Method: 1.The analgesic effect of liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules is observed by carrying out acetic acid writhing & formaldehyde induced writhing of laboratory mouse and hot plate test.2.The rat model with liver-yang hyperactivity migraine is copied by the means of monkshood and nitroglycerin,and contents of NO and NOS in rat plasma are measured by the means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Result: 1.Comparing with the blank group,the high-dose group,medial-dose group and low-dose group for liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules of positive control drug group can reduce the writhing reaction number of mouse,which is obviously different from the control group.2.The medial-dose group and low-dose group for liver-calming &pain-alleviating granules can reduce the feet-licking time of mouse,which is obviously or significantly different by comparing with the control group.3.As for the comparison between the blank group and model group,contents of NO and NOS for the model group are obviously higher than that of the normal control group.The high-dose group for liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules can reduce NO content obviously,which is significantly different by comparing with the model group.The high-dose group,medial-dose group and low-dose group for liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules can obviously reduce NOS content,which is significantly or obviously different from by comparing with the model group.The head care formula group can reduce NOS content obviously,which is obviously different by comparing with the model group.Conclusion: The liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules have the obvious analgesic effect.2.The liver-calming & pain-alleviating granules can effectively reduce contents of NO and NOS in rat plasma with liver-yang hyperactivity migraine,and possess the goodmigraine therapeutic effect.
