ObjectivePeriarthritis is a common disease with shoulder pain and movement disorders as the main symptoms, referred to as frozen shoulder, also known as "freezing shoulder","five shoulders","leakage shoulder wind" and so on.The occurrence of periarthritis of the shoulder is caused by aseptic inflammation and degenerative changes in the soft tissue of the shoulder joint and surrounding tendons, ligaments, tendons, and bursae. The main clinical manifestations of the disease are: shoulder pain is the main cause in the early stage, and the shoulder joint activity dysfunction occurs due to joint adhesion in the latter stage.Patients with periarthritis of shoulder have obvious pain symptoms and inconvenient mobility during severe illness,so the quality of life of patients is generally severely affected, resulting in the patient's physical and mental health suffering from pain. Therefore, how to relieve pain effectively and get rid of shoulder joint adhesions is usually the primary purpose of treating diseases. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of three-arm treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder by observing the use of three methods: hot ironing, rational reinforcement, simple hot ironing and simple rib reinforcement.Impact, shoulder movement and shoulder muscle strength changes in four aspects,to prove the effectiveness of hot iron with a reasonable tendon treatment of periarthritis, and to provide the best treatment and curative effect of this disease new ideas and clinical in accordance with.MethodsThe trial was conducted in the Center for TCM Research of the University of Raman,Malaysia, and the Medical-Clinic Institute.Cases were collected from January 2017 to December 2017,and were included in the criteria for the diagnosis of shoulder periarthritis.A total of 90 cases were collected.Cases, according to the actual number of patients, the patients were randomly divided into three groups, respectively, the treatment group: hot iron with a reasonable group of muscle;control group: hot iron group and the muscle group. The three groups were uniformly treated 3 times a week. Each treatment interval was one day.Three treatments were a course of treatment. There were a total of three courses and a rest period of 2 days. After three courses of treatment, the three groups of clinical efficacy, shoulder pain, the impact of activities of daily living, shoulder mobility and shoulder muscle strength were assessed in five aspects, the establishment of a database for statistical analysis.Results1.Comparison before treatment: The clinical efficacy of the three groups in the treatment group and the control group has nothing to do with the gender, age,or ethnicity of the volunteers.Under the condition of comparability of the study, the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was relatively high.In the two groups of control groups, the statistical analysis results were statistically significant.Second,Constant-Murley shoulder function score comparison: in the treatment group and the two groups of control group before and after the end of the treatment course Constant-Murley total score of the shoulder function were statistically significant(P <0.05),between the treatment After comparison of the treatments, there was a statistically significant difference in the assessment of shoulder function between the hot-ironed and rationalized tendon groups, the hot-ironing group and the Lizhi group(P<0.05).Therefore,this table shows that the effect of hot iron with a reasonable tendon group is significantly higher than the other two groups.Third, the clinical efficacy of comprehensive assessment: Hot-iron group: 4 cases(13.33%)were cured,16 cases(66.66%)were markedly improved,10 cases(33.33%)improved,0 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%,and hot ironing group: 1 case(3.33)was cured.%),markedly improved in 12 cases(40%),improved in 17 cases(56.66%),was ineffective in 0 cases, and the total effective rate was 100%;in the RM group,3 cases were cured(10%),and 13 cases were markedly effective(43.33%).14 cases(46.66%)were improved,0 cases were invalid, and the total improvement rate was 100%.The three treatments are effective for the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. However, the markedly effective rate shows that the effect of the hot-ironing muscle group on improving the shoulder function is better than that of the simple hot-ironing group and the Tsang-Jian group.Fourth, test statistics and comparison of the efficacy of the three groups: ANOVA test statistical treatment before and after treatment 3 times after the recovery progress between the three groups, showing the comparison of the three groups after treatment for 3 times,(P> 0.05)no significant difference. After 3 times of treatment, after 6 times of comparison treatment, after 6 times of treatment, after 9 times of comparison and after 9 treatments before treatment, compare the recovery progress between the 3 groups at different times, showing the comparison of recovery progress between the 3 groups at different times.(P<0.01)There are significant differences and they are comparable.(1)Comparison of the efficacy difference between the hot iron group and the hot iron group: Statistical results The comparison of the recovery progress between the hot iron grouped and the normal group compared with the hot iron group after treatment 3 times before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 comparisons, there was no significant difference. After 3 times of treatment,6 times after 6 times of treatment,6 times after 6 times of treatment,9 times after 9 days of treatment, and 9 times after the treatment, the progress of recovery from hot iron with reasonable muscle group vs.hot iron group was P<0.01.Meaning.(2)Comparing the efficacy difference between the hot iron group and the rational muscle group: The statistical results were compared with the treatment group. The recovery process between the hot iron group and the normal group was better than the treatment group(P>0.05).After 3 comparisons, there was no significant difference. After 3 times of treatment, after 6 times of treatment,6 times after treatment,9 times after treatment, and 9 times after treatment, the recovery progress of hot-ironed group with rational tendon group compared with that of Lizhi group was P<0.05.(3)Comparison of the difference of therapeutic effect between RJ group and heat ironing group: statistical results The recovery progress of the comparison between the treatment group and the hot ironing group after treatment 3 times after treatment and after 3 times treatment before treatment was significant P>0.05,significant There was no significant difference between the two groups after 3 treatments and 6 treatments. After 6 times of treatment and 9 times after treatment, compared with 9 times before treatment, the recovery progress of RJ group compared with hot iron group was P<0.05.The results of the difference in scores indicated that the effect of hot iron with reasonable tendon group was better than that of hot iron group. The effect of hot iron with reasonable tendon group was better than that of the tendon group, and the effect of the Lizhi group was better than that of the hot ironing group.ConclusionHot-ironing with a reasonable tendon method,a simple hot-ironing method, and a simple physiotherapy method are all effective for the treatment of patients with periarthritis of the shoulder, but the effect of hot-ironing with a reasonable reinforcement method is more significant, especially in improving shoulder pain and daily life in patients.Activities such as activity are more obvious. The clinical efficacy of hot-ironing and rational tendon treatment for periarthritis of shoulder is better than that of simple hot-ironing method and simple physiotherapy.
