| Objeetive:To study the effect of therapeutics of bloodletting in points of Jinjin and Yuye on aphemia due to stroke .Method:In accordance with the diagnistic criteria established in the fourth nationwide aeademic congress of CVD in 1995,60 cases of ap-hemia were enrolled into the research and divided randomly into 32 cases as bloodletting group and 28 cases as traditional body acu-puncture group.Standardized Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC) was used to exmained 62 cases of aphemia to assess the aphasia quoeient(AQ),the Chinese fun-ctional communication(CFCP),Boston diagnostic aphasia examination(BDAE).Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.8%,which was superior to that of traditional body acupuncture group (P<0.05).Conelusion: Therapeutics of bloodletting is an ef-fective therapy on aphemia due to stroke . |
