Chinese Medicine B B Cream Soft Tissue Injury In Immune Function In Rat Experiments

Objective:It is to explore the effects of Plaster Yiyi on the immune function of soft tissue traumatized mice, and to demonstrate the clinical effects of the fixed-composed Chinese herbs on the immune system. Also it is a method to find how this traumatized tissue to be recovered.Method:We divided 40 mice into 4 groups randomly: normal group (A group), trauma group (B group), Plaster Yiyi group(C group), and Oil Honghua group(D group). The mice in B, C, D group were made soft tissue hurt on single posterior leg by the forces. After one hour being modeled , C, D group mice were given Plaster Yiyi, Oil Honghua accordingly and then detect the immune indexes seven days later .Results:Compared with the A, C, D group, the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal MO, transforming rate of Lymphocyte , the total haemolytic activity of alexin, spleen weight, spleen indexes of B group declined significantly on the seventh day. (P<0.05). There is no significant difference between C group and D group on these indexes.Conclusion:Plaster Yiyi has the ability to improve the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal MO, transforming rate of Lymphocyte, the total haemolytic activity of alexin, spleen weight, spleen indexes . Plaster Yiyi can modulate humoral immunity and cell-mediated immunity, solidate the recovery and protection function, especially for the soft tissue hurt and low-immune function condition.
