Acute soft tissue injury is a kind of clinical common disease, non-steroidal anti- inflammatory and pain-killer drugs are often used to heal it in clinic. Mass clinical data showed that traditional Chinese medicine could gain great effects in treating it. Yipanzhu (YPZ) granula is made from YPZ soup which is a patrimonial experimental prescription of TCM treating soft tissue injuries from famous professor Li Tongsheng. It could promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, furthermore, detumescence and relieve pain. Through thirties years in clinical trial of our hosipital, it have been certificated that YPZ granula is very effective in healing local swelling, pain and cyanochroia which are incurred by acute soft tissue injury. However, the concrete mechanism of pharmacodynamics is not so far clear. Methods: Various anti-inflammatory and analgesic models, including ankle arthritis induced by Formaldehyde in rabbit, the edema of hind paw caused by egg white in rats, the permeability of blood capillary increased by Histamine were used. Results: The experiments showed that YPZ granula had strong inhibition on many kinds of anti-inflammatory and analgesic models. Conclusion: YPZ granula had strong analgesic and anti-inflammation effects. It proved that the analgesic and anti-inflammation of YPZ granula were one of the important mechanisms of Yipamzhu granula which could treat acute injuring haematoma.Partâ…¡Objective: To observe the effects of YPZ granula on NO level of located soft tissue in acute injuring haematoma rabbit model. Methods: Acute injuring haematoma rabbit model were made and randomly divided into 6 groups:â… Normal group,â…¡High dose group(5.4g/kg),â…¢Middle dose group(2.7g/kg),â…£Low dose group(1.35g/kg),â…¤Sanqi tablet group,â…¥Sodium chloride group. Except normal group, yipanzhu, control drugs or equal volume sodium chloride were given to the model animals by intragastric administration. 3days, 7days later, the injured tissue were taken out from the animals. Part injured tissue was homogenated and the NO contents were measured through chromatometry. Results: The NO contents in sodium chloride group were higher than those in normal control group at each phase (P < 0.05). YPZ granula could significantly decrease the advance of NO in injured soft tissue in dose-dependent way(P < 0.05). Compared with sanqi tablet group,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion: YPZ granula can inhabit the advancing level of NO in injured soft tissue, this may be one of the mechanisms of Yipamzhu granula can treat acute injuring haematoma by anti-inflamation.Partâ…¢Objective: To observe the effects of YPZ granula on PGE-2 level of located soft tissue in acute injuring haematoma rabbit model.
