| Objective : To compare the effect of the Western medicine treatment program and the combination of TCM with Western medicine treatment program in treating chronic nephritis, so as to find out an optima-treatment program to improve the clinical effect.Method: Adopting randomized control clinical trial method, 60 cases were divided into the Western medicine treatment group and the combination of TCM with Western medicine treatment group. Observing all the patients in the terms such as the cardinal symptom, physical sign, Urine protein, Urine red blood call, renal function and so on.Result : There was notable difference between the two groups in total effective power(P <0.05), Western medicine group was 70.0%, the combination of TCM with Western medicine group 90.0%, but the latter had advantage over the Western medicine group in cutting down Urine protein, Urine red blood cell, easing the cardinal symptom(P <0.05). Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of all the patients decreased more or less, but there was no notable difference. In the treating course, there was no notable damage in liver kidney and heart. |
