The Research Development On Copd And The Clinical Study On Patients Treated With Combination Of Trational Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of treatment with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to patient with COPD and the action of elevating the immunological function. Methods: The random contrast methods were adapt. Compared with western medicine,33cases of COPD were treated with Yi-Qi-Ping-Chuan liquid and western medicine. Result: The remarkable effective rate of treatment group and control group were 84.85% and 55.17% and the general effective rate were 96.97% and 75.87%.The treatment group have significant difference Compared with control group. IgA> IgM> IgG and C3 was increased significantly in treatment group, and have significant difference compared with control group Conclusion: Compared with western medicine only, Treatment with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are more effective.
