The Comparison Between Radial Incisions Floats Drainage And Incision And Suture Drainage Foci About Recurrence Of Anal Fistula

Object:Controlled single blind design through to observe the multi-incision radial float and slit drainage drainage treatment of recurrent anal fistula efficacy compared to systematize evaluation for clinical surgical option.Methods:Anal fistula in 30 cases of recurrence were divided into study group and control group, study group,15 cases were slit drainage, control more than 15 cases of radial incision with floating line drainage. Cases were observed operation time, blood loss, postoperative pain, voiding dysfunction, wound edema, wound healing time, anal function and follow-up recurrence within six months and so on, and scored, using statistical software SPSS17.0 statistical analysis P<0.05 to have clinical significance.Result:In postoperative pain, voiding dysfunction, wound edema, anal function and recurrence within six months follow-up and treatment evaluation were no significant differences on (P> 0.05), A group healing time was significantly better than the B group (P<0.05), and B group the operation time, blood loss, postoperative pain on days 2-4 was better than A group (P<0.05).
