Flavored Spilled White Casual Treatment Of Children With Chronic Cough (hyperactivity Yin Deficiency) Clinical Studies

Objective: To observe the curative effect of modified Xiebaisan on chronic cough (Lung heat and Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods: 60 cases of patients with lung-yin deficiency was divided into two groups—40 in treating group and 20 of contrast group, compare the general conditions, the process of disease, symptoms and physical signs and examination check -ing. results of the two group, according disease, symptoms and examination checking results of the two group, according to the age of the kid patients, administrer the decoction and roxith-romycin respectively to each group of proper dosage; the whole treating process is one month altogether, judging the clinical effect by comparing with the improvement of the symptoms.Results: 1. short-term effect comparison: in comparison withthe contrast group,the treating group is better in improving the symptoms and physical signs and shortening the process of the disease,(p<0.05);2.1ong-term effect comparison: the rate ofrelapse of the treating group is less than the contrast group (p<0.05);3.other plans should be taken into consideration afterbeing treated with the decoction.
