| Objective:Objective evaluation on the therapeutic effect of Qing jin hua tan granule to children with phlegm-heat type of cough.Method:60 children with phlegm-heat type of cough were stochastically divided into the experimental group and the control group.30 patients in experimental group took Qing jin hua tan granule orally,other 30 patients in control group received oral therapy of Xiao er fei re ke chuan oral liquid.5 days is a course of treatment. Observe the two groups about clinical symptoms and physical sign before and after treatment.Results:After treatmeant,the total effective rate in experimental group was 96.67%,while in control group it was 80.00%,there was no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the cured & significant efficiency of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).A significant difference was found in clinical symptoms and physical signs from those before treatment in both experimental group(P<0.01)and control group(P<0.01).Symptom scores of the experimental group after treatment was lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the experimental group shows better effect than that in the control group.Conclusion:Qing jin hua tan granule has good therapeutic effect on children with phlegm-heat type of cough.It has important value in clinical applications. |
