Clinical Study On The Qingretongluoyin Treatment Of Diabetes Combined With Lower Urinary Tract Infection

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingretongluoyin treatment on theDiabetes combined with lower urinary tract infection, and discuss it’s mechanism withthe expectation to provide a theoretical basis and feasible train of thoughts and methods forthe research on TCM therapy for diabetes mellitus to the urinary tractinfection. Methods: In the basic oral glucose-lowering based on clinical diagnosis of diabetes under the merger of urinary infection patients were randomly divided into two groups, and30cases, on the basis of the basic oral glucose-lowering, the control group will be giventhe Yinhua secrete inflammation of spirit treatment, and the treatment will be given theQingretongluoyin treatment, both groups with two weeks for a period of treatment. Results:The clinical observation shows that the comprehensive effect of the treatment group is83.3%. And it is better than the control group (P<0.05); The treatment group in the aspectof improving clinical symptoms of the disease is better than then control group (P<0.05);and also in the In the aspect of lowing down the number of the patient’s white blood cellsin urine is better than the control group (P<0.05); Both groups can reduce a patient’s bloodglucose levels, but the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Theclinical observation shows that Qingre-tongluoyin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and dredging drink under the effect of urinary infection, reliable, and no obvious adverse reaction, show a broad application prospect.
