Shenling Particle Therapy Of Urinary Tract Infection Coke Damp-heat Syndrome Clinical Studies

Objective The topic adopt the methods of the integration of clinical research, observing ShenLing pellet's efficiency of treatment urinary tract infection, exploring the mechanism and security with dampness-heat in lower energizer.Method Clinical trial was performed according to rules what Good Clinical Practice required .Adopting the of random, controlling, double blinding, double imitating. (1) A total number of 86 inpatients conforming with the standard entered the trial and were randomly divided into observation group (with the number of 44) and control group (with the number of 42).(2) The observation group were iven ShenLing pellet, a sack per os,3 times / day; while control group were given Niaoganningchongji, a bag per os, 3 times / day. And 7 days make up 1 period of treatment .(3) After completion of 1 period of treatment, the results of two groups are measured and scored according to clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory examination and the effectiveness are assessed. (4) The data of the trial was analyzed by the use of S AS .Results The notable effect rate of observation group is 59. 09%, and total effect rate is 88.64%; The notable effect rate of control group is 50.14%, and total effect rate is 85. 71%. There is no statistically difference between two groups (P>0. 05) . Both observation group and control group have significant effect.Conclusion ShenLing pellet is one of the safe and effective drugs for treating urinary tract infection, dampness-heat in lower energizer .
