Objective:Integrated Treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), and observe its effect analysis,exploration and discussion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the current treatment methods for future clinical treatment.Methods:a clear diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 patients using traditional Chinese medicine with oral inhalation treatment Seretide,the control group of 30 patients using simple application of the treatment Seretide.Respectively by observing the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function changes,the recurrence rate of acute exacerbation of clinical efficacy.Results:60 cases of patients receiving the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and simple application of western medicine treatment.The treatment group effectual 16 cases accounted for 53.3%,effective 9 cases accounted for 30%,invalid 5 cases accounting for 16.7%,and the total efficiency of 83.3%.the control group effectual 7 cases accounted for 23.3%,effective 14 cases accounted for 46.7%,invalid 11 cases accounting for 30%,and the total efficiency of 70%.At the same time,through the pulmonary function before and after treatment and follow-up of patients with acute attack rate within six months,found that the effect of better treatment group.This shows that Chinese medicine with oral inhalation treatment Seretide may be an effective method of treatment,to as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable preferred method of treatment.Conclusion:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with stable phase,the chinese medicine with inhalation Seretide can get good clinical efficacy,efficacy satisfactory,and slow down and reduce the acute attack of time and frequency,the quality of life has improved.Integrative Medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable have a good effect,and worthy of further research and extension.
