| ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of honey-fried herba ephedra combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).The levels of pulmonary function indicators and inflammatory cytokines were compared.Methods42 patients with AECOPD admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People’s Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into routine group and research group,21 cases in each group. The routine group was given symptomatic treatment of anti-infection,anti-asthma,anti-inflammation,cough and phlegm, while the research group was given oral treatment of honey-fried herba ephedra on the basis of routine treatment in the routine group.ResultsThe total effective rate was 95.24%in the research group, which was significantly higher than 71.43%in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function indexes(FEV1,FVC,FEV1%)between the two groups before treatment. After the treatment, the lung function indexes of the two groups were improved, and the improvement effect of the study group was obvious. Before treatment, the indicators of three serum inflammatory factors in the conventi-onal group and the research group were similar, with no significant difference. After treatment, serum il-8 and TNF-decreased in both groups, especially in the study group. The index il-10 was increased, and was significantly increased in the study group, with statistically significant difference from the conventional group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment effect of acupuncture ephedra combined with western medicine in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better, which is worthy of further promotion and research. |
