| Pain in cancer patients is the most common symptoms,cancer pain is an important factor that affects quality of life(QOL),cancer pain treatment in cancer patients is the focus of palliative care and difficulties.We are currently widely recognized that the WHO analgesic ladder of the three programs is the main part of treatment (non-opioid and opioid),but the side role of long-term use of drugs is obviously, and easily tolerated,a serious impact on the clinical doctor's treatment.Chinese medicine for pain research has a long history,the cause from a macro point of view can be generalized qi stagnation,blood stasis,cold-coagulation, damp obstruction,phlegm,and raised that "disflowing leading to pain "and" no-nourishment leading to pain "two broad categories,namely" virtual "and" solid "evidence of two main types.The whole of Chinese medicine treatment of cancer pain treatment can be divided into inner and external treatment,external application of Chinese medicine is most widely used for the direct administration of the body surface,with the traditional cream,powder and tincture of development now, Cataplasm and so on.QiZheng stop pain paste is a traditional Chinese medicine which has been listed patches,and has the effect of blood circulation,reducing pain. Used for acute and chronic contusion twisting,bone-setters pain,bone hyperplasia, rheumatoid arthritis and pain,also used for stiff neck,scapulohumeral periarthritis,lumbar muscle strain and pain,and effective.In this study,cancer pain as a starting point,patients with cancer pain as study objects,through randomized controlled trials,the study purpose is to get the assessment and effect of clinical efficacy mechanism of QiZheng stop pain paste with MST to ease cancer pain.All clinical data are from advanced cancer patients of DongZhimen Hospital during October 2007 to April 2009 with moderate or severe cancer pain,diagnosis are clear and consistent with the standards of this study,In accordance with the random number table all are into the MST group and QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group, QiZheng stop pain paste is posted daily on an external site of the most obvious pain, MST oral Q12h start at 10mg,a course on 7 days.at least one month from the end of a course,there is still a pain,and can again be taken into account the views of another by random number table.Research Center collected a total of 63 cases,61 cases accessed to statistics, and 30 cases of MST group,and 31 cases of QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group.The results showed that:①the general information of two groups with gender,age,height,weight,vital signs were balance;baseline data such as pain score,QOL score,Karnofsky score,symptoms accompanied pain were balance and comparable.②The results showed analgesic efficacy:complete remission(CR) cases of MST group was 4 cases(13.3%),QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 8 cases(25.8%);partial remission(PR) cases of MST were 9(30.0%),QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 10 cases(32.3%);mild remission(MR) MST group was 10 cases(33.3%),QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 10 cases(32.3%);non-remission(NR) cases of MST group were 7(23.3%),QiZheng stop pain paste combined MST group was 3 cases(9.7%).The total effective rate for the MST group was 76.7%,QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 90.3%.③quality of life(QOL) improvement compared:the mean of QOL score of MST pre-treatment group was 40.3667±1.09805,the mean of QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 42.9677±1.19990;treated MST group 44.0000±0.91977,QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 46.7419±1.08456.comparison between two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,it was significant differences that had marked improvement in the quality of life.after treatment compared between two groups, P>0.05,it was no significant differences that indicated no significant difference between the two groups.④physical situation(Karnof sky) to improve:Karnof sky score before treatment of MST group was 67.1667±2.53349,QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 67.3548±2.71735;treated MST group 69.5000±2.60801,QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 69.5484±3.01781.comparison between MST group and QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group before and after treatment,P<0.05,it was significant differences that had marked improvement in physical situation(Karnofsky).Karnof sky scores after treatment were compared by t test,P>0.05,it was no significant differences.⑤sustained analgesia time and onset time compared:MST group at 0.5 hours onset was 17 cases(56.7%),QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 19 cases(61.3%),the mean onset time of MST Group was 57.7586±6.88392min,of QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 38.5484±5.35409min,it was significantly higher(P<0.05),onset time of two groups was significantly different,continuous analgesia time of QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 10.1333±0.44135h,MST Section was 11.4516±0.24468h,it was significantly higher(P<0.05).⑥accompanying symptoms:compared after accompany symptoms be quantitied,mean score of pre-treatment MST group was 0.5±0.20761,QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 1.0±0.20739; treated MST group was 1.7667±0.37689,QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was 1.5161±0.20145.comparison between two groups before and after treatment, P<0.05,it was significant differences that had obvious side effects,pain increased accompany symptoms,comparation between two groups after treatment,P>0.05,it was no significant differences.It was concluded that the total effective rate of QiZheng stop pain paste combined with MST group was significantly better than the efficiency of MST group,pain points of the joint group improved more obviously than the MST group,QiZheng stop pain paste was to increase the analgesic MST effect.Joint Group continued analgesia longer than MST group,the onset time shorter than the MST group,so QiZheng stop pain paste was affixed to extens the continuing analgesia time of MST,to shorten the onset time.However,the role of QiZheng stop pain paste to improve the physical condition and overall quality of life of cancer pain patients with MST was not obvious,and had no significant improvement in MST side effects. |
