Objective: To evaluate analgesia effects on model rats for traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste by establishing chemical-induced pain model in mice and femoral cancer pain model;to assess the traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste wheather has the inhibition function on digestive system in mice by peristalsis of intestine tract in mice experiment,in order to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.Materials and methods:1.Materials:SPF grade Kunming mice,weighing 18-22 g,SPF grade C57BL/6 mice, weighing 14-16 g,super-clean worktable?low speed centrifuge?Olypus BX51 microscope?blood cell counters?micro-injector?-10? refrigerator?-80? refrigerator?rat tail pressure equipment?hot plate measuring pain?electronic scales?electric razor?6%sodium sulfide?0.6% acetic acid?activated carbon?morphine hydrochloride tablets?traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste?Voltaren ointment?DMSO?D-Hanks?DEME?FBS?0.25% trypsin?double-antibody?Lidocaine hydrochloride injection.2.Methods:To evaluate the analgesia effects of traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste on peritonitis pain model for by using acetic acid writhing and observing difference in the number of body-twisting frequency in mice after administration.To establish femoral cancer pain model by using rat tail tenderness method in cancer pain model and observing the changes of pain threshold in model mice before and after administration,to evaluate the analgesia effects of traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste on femoral cancer pain model.By using activated carbon lavage method in mice and observing the difference carbon powder propelling in mice intestine tract after gastric infusion to evaluate traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste wheather has the inhibiting effects on digestive system in mice or not.Results: 1.Experimental results of acetic acid writhing in mice:Dose 1 group?dose 2 group?dose 3 group and dose 4 group in traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste were compared respectively with the control group,inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);dose 1 group and dose 2 group in traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste were respectively compared with positive group,inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);dose 3 group and dose 4 group in traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste were compared respectively with the positive group,inter-group difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). 2.Experimental results of rat tail tenderness in cancer pain mice:Dose 1 group?dose 2 group?dose 3 group and dose 4 group in traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste were compared respectively with the blank group ?sham operation group and model group,inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste had marked analgesia effects immediately on the same day the paste used, and then analgesia effects was steady increase after continuous administration; compared with before administration,pain threshold of cancer pain mice was obviously improved. 3.Experimental results of carbon powder propelling in mice intestine tract:dose 1 group?dose 2 group?dose 3 group and dose 4 group in traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste were compared respectively with control group,inter-group difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste has marked analgesia effects on peritonitis pain model,and the analgesia effects is positively related with the dosage. 2.Traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste has marked analgesia effects on femoral cancer pain model,and the analgesia effects is positively relatedwith the dosage. 3.Traditional chinese medicine analgesia Babu paste has no inhibition function for digestive system in mice.
