Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the method for dispersing stagnatedhepatoqi to stop pain in the treatment of prostatitis Ⅲ.Methods:60cases of the prostatitis Ⅲ patients were randomly divided into twogroups,30patients in the treatment group treated with the prescription for dispersingstagnated hepatoqi to stop pain, being decocted in water for oral dose,2times a day;30patients in the control group usingα-receptor blocker+non-steroidal anti-inflammatorydrugs. Compared the condition change of the two groups of patients before and after thetreatment;and recorded a variety of side effects after treatment. Results: After2months’treatment,the general efficacy rate for the treatment groupand the control group was separately73.33%and43.33%. Through statistical analysis, thetreatment group and control group had significantly statistical differences (P <0.05); thecurative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. After six months, comparing the recurrence rate in the two groups, there was statistical difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: The method for dispersing stagnated hepatoqi to stop pain in thetreatment of prostatitis Ⅲ is effective, side effects are small and recurrence rate is low. |
