| Clinical Effect Observation of Syndrome of Wind-heat Invading the Lung of Acne Treated with Internal and External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Objective:Generally evaluate the clinical curative effect and security by performing the clinical study of Internal and External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of acne.Methods:1. Divide the patients who are suffering from syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of acne into two groups randomly.2. The treatment group includes 31 cases oral taking Pipa Qingfei Yin twice a day for 42 days and doing anti-inflammatory Chinese Herbal Mask once a week. The control group includes 29 cases taking Danshentong Capsules three times a day and smearing 0.3% Viaminate and Vitamin E Cream once a night for 42 days.3. Obsering indicatrix: to record the number of inflammatory lesions, the number of non-inflammatory lesions and the total number of lesions separately evey two week, and take notes of adverse reactions. Clinical criteria refers to the efficacy criteria on "efficacy criteria and grading standard of acne vulgaris" instituted by Chinese Medical Association dermatology and cosmetology group Oct.1997.Result:There is no significant difference between the treatment group and control group of synthetic curative effect. There is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group of the therapeutic index after 6 weeks. The safety indicators show the Internal and External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of acne is safe.Conclusion:The Internal and External Treatment formula has good clinical effect on the syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of acne. It can improve the inflammatory lesions and the non-inflammatory lesions. From the therapeutic index, the treatment group is superior to the control group. At the same time, the Internal and External Treatment formula is safe. |
