| Objective:This study aims to model the Qi deficiency of allergic rhinitis rats as the research object,through the study of rats with systemic and nasal local behavior changes and the serum interleukin-4(IL-4),nasal mucosa toll-like receptor 2(TLR-2)content to investigate the possible mechanism of Qi Long Granule on treating lung qi deficiency allergic rhinitis,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of lung qi deficiency of Qi Long granule on allergic rhinitis.Methods:40 SPF SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly,10 rats in each group(half male and half female).Namely: blank control group,model group,Qi Long granule group and Xinqin granule group(positive control group).The establishment of qi deficiency allergic rhinitis rats model according to the literature,modeling after the success of the treatment group were given Qilong granule orally,the positive control group to be Xinqin granule orally,the blank control group and the model group to volume temperature saline.2 weeks of drug gavage,observe changes of the general behavior and nasal symptoms of rats model.Detect the serum IL-4 in femoral artery blood under anesthesia and the expression of toll-like receptor 2 in nasal mucosa removed from nasal mucous membranes of dead rats.Results: the model of lung qi deficiency allergic rhinitis rats is success,except the blank control group,the rats in other groups have obvious grab nose,sneezing,runny nose and reduced activity,unresponsiveness,apathetic,wheezing,fur yellowing,dryness,individual fur removal,reduced eating and other symptoms.The model group compared with blank control group,nasal symptoms total score,there are statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The two groups of rats nasal symptoms cumulative scores were statistically significant difference compared to the model group(P<0.01),administration of Qi Long granule group and Xinqin granule group systemic and nasal symptoms were alleviated.Qilong granule group symptoms than Xinqin granule group of symptoms did not improve significantly.No statistically significant difference(P>0.05).For IL-4,the expression of IL-4 of model group wassignificantly increased compared with blank control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group of Qi Long granule group and Xinqin granule group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Qi Long granule group compared with Xinqin granule group,the difference was no statistically significant(P> 0.05).For the TLR-2,there was a high expression of Toll-like Receptor 2 in nasal mucosa of model group and statistically significant compared with blank control group(P<0.01).Qi Long granule group compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Xinqin granule group compared with the model group,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qilong granule can effectively improve the systemic and nasal symptoms of rats with allergic rhinitis caused by deficiency of lung qi,and can reduce the serum IL-4 content and the expression of TLR-2 in the nasal mucosa.IL-4,TLR-2participate in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis.Qilong granule may play an important role in the treatment of allergic rhinitis caused by lung qi deficiency by regulating serum IL-4 and TLR-2 expression in nasal mucosa. |
