Study On The Temperature In The H Sgt Efficiency

Objective:To investigate the efficacy enhancement of SGT with the help of H.Methods: Through the experiments of dysmenorrhea animal models,analgesia,peptic ulcer models and arthritis models,to analyse the efficacy enhancement.Results:(1)The group of SGT +H can prolong the stretching latency and reduce the stretching times of the pain model by oxytocin,PGF_2α or acetic acid;prolong the pain threshold value of hot-plate test.(2)It can inhibit cotton ball-like granulation swelling and the permeability of blood capillary.(3)The anti-gastric ulcer actions were observed in mice,which experimental gastric ulcer induced by leach,pyloric ligation or reserpine.(4)Not only could it obviously reduce the arthritic index,the paw swelling and the percentage of the T lymphocyte of model rats with adjuvant arthritis,but also it could inhibit the the paw swelling causede by ovalbumin or carrageenan.(5)In the separated recipes study,the efficacy enhancement is obvious.Conclusion:with the help of pepper,the SGT has the more efficacy in treating dysmenorrhea,peptic ulcer,rheumatoid arthritis and so on.
