Research On Warming Stomach And Dispelling Cold In Rat Models Of Gastric Ulcer With Cold Syndrome Using EA Extract Fraction Of Galangae Rhizoma And Galangae F Ructus

Objective:The amed of this study was to research the effect of preventive and therapeutic to the rat by models of gastric ulcer with cold syndrome.The tested herbs were EA extract fraction extracted from galangae Rhizoma and galangae Fructus respectively.In order to clear the pharmaceutical effect of the herbs and discuss its mechanism to the rat of gastric ulcer with cold syndrome Different dosage of the herbs were performed.Through the above research,the relationship between the relationship,the medicine and the effect of different parts of the same base were discussed.The correlation law between"relationship-Chinese herbal medicine property-Traditional Chinese medicine efficacy-pharmacological effect" was preliminarily known,which provided a basis for the study of pharmacophoreMethods:Rats were divided into eight groups,including bland control group,model control group,2 positive control groups,4 herbs groups.There are 10 rats in each group.Except blank control group,the other groups were molded by the glacial acetic acid with 15%and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae decoction in 4?,then the blank control group and model control group were fed with distilled water,the other groups were fed with tested herbs and then the changed of behavior symptoms in the rats with models of gastric ulcer in cold syndrome were observed.The amount of gastric juice,gastric aci,pepsin vitality were measured;the pathological changes of the stomach were observed by HE staining;the content of TXB2,IL-2,IL-8,ACTH,CORT in blood serum,the content of GAS,MOT,EGF,VEGF,6-keto-PGF1? in stomach tissue,the content of 17-OHCS,DA,NE,EP in urine were also mesuared.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis,P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significantResults:Compared with model control group,the amount of the food-intake was increased,the weight of body in 4 tested groups was also increased However,the dry,took shape of feces in tested groups was decreased,And the mental state of the tested group was recovered.In addition,compared with model control group,the hight and low dosage in galangae Rhizoma and galangae Fructus,positive group could significantly decrease the amount of gastric juice,GAS,MOT,TXB2,IL-8,ACTH,CORT(P<0.01 or P<0.05)These groups could decrease the pepsin activity,significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The content of gastric juice,pH,6-keto-PGF1?,VEGF,EGF,IL-2,17-OHCS,CAs in tested group was increased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05)Tested groups can reduce inflammatory cell infiltration and the necrotic tissue of the surface.Importantly,the tested herbs could improve gastric mucosal hyperemia edema in different degrees(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with EA extract fraction of galangae Fructus group,the content of IL-2 of EA extract fraction of galangae Rhizoma group increased significantly(P<0.01).The content of GAS,CORT of EA extract fraction of galangae Rhizoma group was decrease significantly than that galangae Fructus group(P<0.01)Coclusion:1.It has the effect of warming stomach and dispelling cold in gastric ulcer with cold syndrome using EA extract fraction extracted from the galangae Rhizoma and galangae Fructus2.It could be conclusion that the mechanism of treating stomach ulcer with cold syndrome.Using EA extract fraction of the galangae Rhizoma and galangae Fructus was as followed?Gastric ulcer can be inhibited by decreasing the content of GAS,MOT,reducing the amount of gastric juice secretion,hydrochloric acid in gastric juice,and pepsin activity;reducing inflammatory cell infiltration and the necrotic tissue of the surface,improving gastric mucosal hyperemia edema in different degrees;increasing the content of 6-keto-PGF1?,VEGF,EGF;decreasing the content of skin reaction factors TXB2,IL-8;increasing the content of defensive factor IL-2;controlling the content of ACTH,CORT?It can play a role of warming stomach by improving the function of the sympathetic-adrenal system;and increasing the content of 17-OHCS,CAs3.The results indicated that galangal fruit EA group can increase the content of IL-2 more than galangae Fructus group.Meanwhile,the galangal fruit EA can lower the content of GAS,CORT than that galangae Fructus group And the rest group have the same pharmacological effects in IL-2,GAS,CORT These results indicated that it has the common material basis of warming stomach and dispelling cold in different medicinal parts of the same base the galangae Rhizoma and galangae Fructus.and there is a correlation between the drug properties,efficacy and material basis of Chinese medicine with relative relationship.
