Objective: This research to observe the effect of bone-setting manipulation in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,to estimate the safety of the treatment,in order to guide the clinical for treating the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type better.Methods: Choose 70 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divide d into two group,each group equally including 35 patients.The treatment group w as treated by bone-setting manipulation,The control group treated by traditional ma ssage.The research proceeded to monitor the change of two groups interms of DH I score,The scores of Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo before and after 1 cou rse of treatment?2 course of treatment.Compare the two groups' clinical effect aft er the treatment.Results: The treatment group of the cure rate was 17.1%,the total effective rate w as 94.2%;The control group of the he cure rate was 8.6%,the total effective rate w as 71.4%.By comparison,the two groups have significant difference,according to S PSS analysis,the result of two groups has outstanding difference(P<0.05);the pati ents were follow up after one month for the last of treatment,the scores of DHI?E SCV have used massage with varying degrees of improvement,but the treatment gr oup was better than control group(P<0.05),it indicates that the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion: The clinical result shows,bone-setting manipulation has great more cli nical efficacy than traditional massage for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery t ype,such as alleviate clinical symptoms and and sign,and improve the quality of their life and work.And more this method was economic?safe and no side effect,so it was worth promoted in the clinical.
