Three Gold Tablets In The Treatment Of Type Iiia Prostatitis - Hot And Humid Place Syndrome

Objective:To observe the curative effects of the Sanjin tablet by the clinical research of the Sanjin tablet treating the Chronic pelvic pain syndrome(ⅢA prostatitis) caused by inflammatory of dampness-heat down-flowing.Methods:With the randomized and controlled method,72 patients of the Chronic pelvic pain syndrome(ⅢA prostatitis) caused by inflammatory of dampness-heat down-flowing were selected,36 cases in the test group(Sanjin tablet),while 36 cases in the control group(the Relinqing tablet).The eligible patients should return to the hospital for follow-up survey at the second and the fourth weekend after the treatment. After a course of four weeks' treatment,we assess the therapeutic effects by observing the improvements of the TCM Syndrome marks, the United States National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom score(NIH-CPSI),the routine inspection of prostatic fluid (EPSRT) and the maximum flow rate(MFR) before and after the treatment.All results are statistically analyzed with SPSS13.0,and P≤0.05 show there is a significant difference,having statistical sense.Results:In the test group(Sanjin tablet),8 cases are clinically cured,13 cases are significantly effective,7 cases are effective,and 4 cases are inefficacy,that is to say,the rate of clinically cured cases is 25.0%,the rate of effective cases is 21.9%,and the rate of inefficacy is 12.5%.Comparing with the control group(the cure rate 12.1%,the marked efficiency rate 24.2%,the effective rate 30.3%,the total efficiency rate 66.7%,markedly effective rate 36.4%),the significant difference has statistical sense(P＜0.05).In the areas of the TCM Syndrome marks,NIH-CPSI score,MFR the prostatic fluid interleukin (EPS-WBC) and the lecithin body,both groups show significant improvements after the treatment(P＜0.05).And between the two groups, the differences of the improvement of voiding symptoms,MFR and in prostatic fluid lecithin precursors is statistically significant(P＜0.05).But the comparion of the improvements of pain symptoms and EPS-WBC isn't so significant to show statistical sense(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The Sanjin tablet can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and compared with the control group,it is more effective to release the urinary symptoms,to increase the urinary flowing rate,and to enlarge the amount of the prostatic secretion of lecithin corpuscles.So the Sanjin tablet is a compound preparation safe and effective,and it is a good choice to treat this disease.
