Clinical Observation Of Sanjin Hushen Decoction In The Treatment Of CKD3-4 Stage Of Uric Acid Nephropathy (damp-heat Internal Accumulation, Spleen And Kidney Deficiency)

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Sanjin Hushe Decoction in the treatment of edema caused by uric acid nephropathy CKD III-IV stage,through observing the clinical effects and processing data with statistical treatment,discuss effects of Sanjin Hushe Decoction in the treatment of it,thereby to develop a reliable way for the diabetic nephropathy III-IV stage treatment.Methods A random controlled trial was adopted.According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients were divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases randomly.The treatment group was treated by Sanjin Hushe Decoction on the basic treatment of Western medicine.The control group was treated by the basic treatment of Western medicine.After treatment,the evaluation of Uric acid,serum creatinine and other monitoring indicators,TCM syndromes and other aspects were conducted.The valid data were done statistical treatment.Results1.TCM syndrome:After treatment,the effective rate of Sanjin Hushen Decoction group and the control group were 90% and 76.67%.There were significant differences between them(P<0.05).2.Relevant indicators:The serum creatinine of two groups all showed declining trend after treatment,but there were not significant differences between them(P>0.05).The patient's joint pain relieved,there were significant differences between them(P<0.05).After treatment,the urine protein quantification test,urinary microalbumin,,and urine volume were significantly increased in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference between them(P<0.05).3.Safty analysis : The two groups of patients had no significant toxic effects and allergies during the treatment time.Conclusion Sanjin Hushen Decoction could improve uric acid nephropathy(dampness,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)incloud symptoms and signs of patients,uric acid level.,And it was much better compared with the controll group.In the same time,it can stabilize serum creatinine levels and control urinary protein,Blood pressure.Two groups all had no patial and total adverse reactions.It means the Sanjinhushen Decoction is a safe and va1 id treatment by Chinese medicine uric acid nephropathy CKD III-IV stage.
