Objective:To test the contents ofβ—EP and NO in serum of rats with deficiency of spleen-yang.The purpose of this research is to study the effect that the decoction of DaJianZhongTang(DJZT)can make on the sore matter in serum.Methods:First,we divided the male rats into five teams at random,the team of XiaoYanTong pill,the team of sufferer,the less-dose-DJZT team,the more-dose-DJZT team,the plus a normally fed team.All the rats except the normally fed team,We successfully made them suffered from belly-ache with spleen-yang deficiency.Each team that were poured with peculiar decoction.All things finished,We took serum of the rats to test the change of the sore matter ofβ—EP and NO.Results:the contents of NO in the team of sufferer were obviously raise,β—EP were obviously decrease,compared with the normally fed team(P＜0.001);After the treatment,the contents NO in the treated group were obviously decrease,β—EP were obviously raise and compared with the team of sufferer(P＜0.001);The more -dose-DJZT team,and the team of XiaoYanTong pill were compared with the normally fed team there is no obvious statistic difference(P＞0.05);the contents of NO in the less-dose-DJZT team were descrease,β—EP were raise,but were not obviously superior like the more -dose-DJZT team,through compared between them(P＜0.05)In conclusion:the rearch found that the contents of NO in serum of rats with deficiency of spleen-yang was obviously decrease andβ—EP was obviousl raise,the decoction of DJZT can decrease the contents of NO and raise the contens ofβ—EP in serum of rats.This may be one of the mechanism that the decoction of DJZT can treat the belly-ache with spleen-yang deficiency.As an ideal medicine,it should be popularized among the hospitals.
