Clinical Observation Of Ping Gu Lishui Decoction In Treating Cirrhosis Ascites,Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

Objective:By observing and comparing the clinical efficacy and safety of Pinggu Lishui Decoction combined with basic western medicine treatment and western medicine treatment alone in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,provides theoretical basis for the combination therapy.At the same time,it provides a new idea of combining Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of this disease.So as to improve the clinical remission rate of patients with cirrhosis ascites,spleen-kidney Yang deficiencyMethod:Sixty subjects of the Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Digestive Disorders from December 2018 to December2019 who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the numerical random table method,including 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated according to the western medicine recommended by the guidelines on the basis of etiology treatment and reasonable salt restriction.On the basis of the former,treatment group add oral Pinggu Lishui Decoction,whith one dose a day,in the morning and evening.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.TCM syndrome score,body mass,abdominal circumference,urine volume,ALT,ALB,TBIL of patients before and after treatment were collected,and these data were analyzed by statistical methods.Rsults:1.Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores: P<0.05 in the two groups after treatment,indicating that both groups can improve TCM syndromes after treatment.P<0.05 between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group improved TCM syndromes was better than that of the other one.2.Comparison of the scores of each single syndrome in TCM: P<0.05 in the two groups after treatment,indicating that both groups can improve each single syndromes in TCM,but treatment group do better than that of the other one except at improvement of pulse heavy string.3.P<0.05 in the two groups after treatment,indicating that both groups can improve patients’ body weight,24-hour urine volume,abdominal circumference,ALT,ALB and TBIL.P<0.05 between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group improved patients’ body weight,24-hour urine volume,abdominal circumference,ALT,ALB and TBIL was better than that of the other one.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total efficiencyof the treatment group was 97%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 73%.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.The clinical efficacy of the TCM syndrome in treatment group was better than that of the other one.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 94%,and the clinical efficacy of the control group was 70%.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.The clinical efficacy in treatment group was better than that of the other one.6.Comparison of safety: There were no significant adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group.There were no abnormalities in ECG,urine routine,stool routine nor further deterioration of blood routine,liver and kidney function and coagulation.Conlusion : Pinggu Lishui Decoction combined with basic western medicine treatment has significant effects in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type.It can significantly improve the symptoms,signs and major biochemical data of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.This method is worthy of further application in clinic...
