Clinical Study Of Zhenrenyangzang Decoction Combined With Nuangan Decoction In Treating Ulcerative Colitis Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: Through the research of this topic,observe the effectiveness and safety of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction combined with Nuangan Decoction in treating ulcerative colitis(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome),so as to provide more effective theoretical support and more options for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: The 72 subjects in the group were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method,namely 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.In the course of treatment,the treatment group lost 5 cases and the control group lost 6 cases.A total of 61 subjects completed the treatment,namely 31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets(Huidi)1g/ time,4 times a day for 4 weeks.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the treatment group was treated with Zhenren Yangzang Decoction combined with Warming Liver Decoction plus or minus oral administration for 4 weeks.The changes of symptoms,signs,colonoscopy and histopathology of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment were observed.All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results: In terms of clinical efficacy,there are 31 subjects in the treatment group,of which 2(6.45%)are cured,15(48.39%)are markedly effective,10(32.26%)are effective,4(12.90%)are ineffective,and the total effective rate is 87.1% respectively.There were 30 subjects in the control group,of which 2 cases were cured(6.67%),6 cases were markedly effective(20%),13 cases were effective(43.33%),9 cases were ineffective(30%),the total effective rate was 70%.the two groups were statistically tested,P<0.05,and the results were significantly different.it can be concluded that zhenren yangzang decoction combined with warming liver decoction has significant curative effect on this disease.In terms of TCM syndrome curative effect,the treatment group has 5 cases(16.13%),14 cases(45.16%),9cases(29.03%),3 cases(9.68%)which are ineffective,and the total effective rate is 90.3%respectively.In the control group,2 cases(6.67%)were cured,9 cases(30%)were markedlyeffective,12 cases(40%)were effective,7 cases(23.33%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.after statistical tests of the two groups,P<0.05,it can be concluded that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group in improving TCM syndromes is significantly better than that of the control group.In terms of total TCM syndrome scores,the total TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were 5.54±4.47 and 8.96±5.14 respectively after treatment.after statistical tests,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In terms of TCM symptom score,the two groups were statistically tested,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group could relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain,purulent stool,diarrhea,cold limbs and so on.And in terms of disease activity index(Mayo score),intestinal mucosal histology score(Geboes index),enteroscopy mucosal lesions,the treatment group was superior to the control group by statistical tests(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients during treatment.Conclusion: The treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)with Zhenren Yangzang decoction combined with Nuangan decoction can obviously improve the symptoms,signs and intestinal mucosa of patients,is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
