The Clinical Research Of Fu Yang Yi Qi Decoction On The Treatment Of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Ovarian Cancer After Chemotherapy

Objective: Through the clinical trials,observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Fu Yang Yi Qi Decoction on the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of ovarian cancer after chemotherapy.To explore the treatment methods and ideas of the spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer,so as to provide a guarantee for the smooth progress and completion of chemotherapy for ovarian cancer patients,so as to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients with ovarian cancer.Method: 50 standard cases were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in the treatment group,25 cases in the control group.The control group was given Ginseng and astragalus righting injection and Conventional treatment,the treatment group Combined with Fu Yang Yi Qi Decoction.The course is two weeks.Constipation curative effect,two cases with clinical symptoms,quality of life and other related indicators were observed before and after treatment.The results are statistically analyzed.Results:1.Effective rate after treatment of the two groups:the effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).2.Spleen kidney yang deficiency symptom score: two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than before(P < 0.01),but the effect of the two groups: the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Karnofsky performance staus(KPS)score: after treatment,the KPS score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the KPS score between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).4.Quality of life(QOL)score : After treatment,QOL scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before(P < 0.01).After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.5.Clinical indicators: two groups of patients with tumor marker CA125,blood routine index were not significantly decreased or increased,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Two groups of patients with immune index T cell subsets after treatment than before treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety Indicators:Normal safety indicators in each group(P>0.05),and no adverse reaction was found in all groups.Conclusion: Fu Yang Yi Qi Decoction has obvious curative effect on the treatment of Ovarian cancer after chemotherapy of the Yang deficiency of spleen and renal,and can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms with Chinese medicine,to improve the quality of life,the treatment is safe and effective with no obvious side reaction.
