Yin Qi Hemostatic Side Treatment Qiyinliangxu Iga Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on IgA-nephropathy(syndrome deficiency of Qi and Yin)and provide an effective treatment of this disease.Methods:40 IgA-nephropathy patients diagnosed by nephrocentesis were divided into two groups randomly(20 each group).The treatment group were treated with the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the control group with western medicine for 30 days respectively.All patients' biochemical indexes had been checked periodically,including urinary Protein,BLD,the blood and urineβ₂-Microglobulin,Scr,Ccr,BUN,the blood IgA,IgM,IgG.The results were analyzed statistically in t,x² and Ridit test.Results:1 The total effective rates of clinical therapeuties are different in treatment group and control group.There was singificiant difference between the two groups and the treatment group was better than the control group(p＜0.05).2 The TCM symptoms had been distinctly improved after treatment in the two groups.There was distinctive difference between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(p＜0.05).3 The protein and BLD in urinary of the treatment group could be significantly decreased.Its effect was better than control group(p＜0.05).4 The Ccr of the treatment group could be significantly improved.Its effect was better than control group(p＜0.05).5 The IgA in blood of the treatment group could be significantly decreased.There was distinctive difference between the two groups(p＜0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(p＜0.01),.6 Theβ₂-Microglobulin in urine of the treatment group could be significantly decreased.Its effect was better than control group(p＜0.01). 7 Safety Analysis:The liver's function and blood of the treatment group had not been influenced.Conclusion:The treatment group has significant effects on improving clinical effects,decreasing blood cells and protein in urine,declining IgA,reversing kidney damage ect,and no side-effects have been found,achieve the goal of high efficiency and safety.So it can be known that the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is superior to the western medicine,and the yiqiziyinzixue fang is an ideal herbal medicine and provide a new therapy of IgA-nephropathy(syndrome deficiency of Qi and Yin).
