Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Menstrual Deficiency(Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Self-Made Ze Kun Fang

Objective: This topic was carried out by observing the clinical treatment effect of self-made Ze Kunfang and female gold tablets in the treatment of menstrual cramps(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)to verify the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of the two,for the treatment of Chinese medicine menstruation Provide less clinical reference and diagnosis basis.Methods:During the period from January 2018 to December 2018,the gynaecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine selected 72 patients with menstrual syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The selected patients ranged in age from 18 to 45 years old.The patients enrolled in the eligible conditions were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.In the process,4 cases were shedding due to objective factors.Self-made Ze Kun Fang addition and subtraction diagnosis and treatment,decoction juice 300 ml,1 day,150 ml each time,morning and evening service,each time after the menstrual blood is clean,start taking the drug,after 21 days of oral withdrawal,for a course of treatment,continuous use 3courses of treatment;34 cases of the control group were treated with female gold tablets,started after the menstrual blood was clean,2 times a day,4 tablets each time,no other drugs were taken during the medication,and patients with sputum were less spicy.Take 21 days as a course of treatment,stop the drug during the menstrual period,and take 3 courses of medication continuously.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.3%,7 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group: 76.3%,5 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.After the integral evaluation,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was obtained(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups,indicating the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Zekunfang in the treatment of menstruation with less kidneydeficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Better than oral female gold tablets.Conclusion:Self-designed Ze Kun Fang treatment of menstrual less(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in the diagnosis and treatment of the effect is significant,safe and reliable,for the future Chinese medicine treatment of menstruation less(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)provide reference for diagnosis and treatment.
