The literature method is used to study the difference between the flipped classroom and the traditional classroom.The flipped classroom,the integration of both the direct method and the constructivist learning theory,has overturned the traditional teaching,including such changes as instructional design,videos,online self-learning,cooperative learning,personalized guidance and teaching evaluation.In this flipped classroom,students can be regarded as the main body and teachers as dominants.The teachers not only brilliantly combine students' online study with face-to-face communication,but also guide students combining the study of new knowledge and skills with its use and migration,so that students' learning abilities and comprehensive qualities can be improved.The popularity of the Internet and application of computer technology in educational field make the classroom available.The professional course teacher in the vocational school has studied the theory of the present situations with questionnaire and interview.Only a few teachers give students some study materials and tasks before class through the Internet instead of previewing before class,reducing teachers' teaching in class,teaching through micro-video etc.The teachers have approved the effects of the flipped classroom,but they lack the verification of the practice.The research methods include experimentation,questionnaire and interview.The thesis takes acute abdomen teaching in Surgical Nursing for example to investigate the flipped classroom's instructional design,procedures,implementation strategies,evaluation methods,requirements,effects,problems and coping strategies.They have also been verified and improved in the practice.Very good effects have been achieved in acute abdomen teaching in Surgical Nursing based on the Internet and micro-video in the flipped classroom.With the development of multimedia,the flipped classroom is available in secondary vocational schools;the flipped classroom has overturned the traditional teaching,which can improve students' comprehensive qualities.Its instructional design,procedures,implementation strategies and evaluation methods can reflect the idea of modern vocational education.It can arouse students' creative and dialectical thinking and train their lifelong learning abilities in order to improve their duty performance;Students can quickly adapt the requirements of all levels of medical and nursing service organizations after graduation and better meet the society's demands.There are many problems in the flipped classroom.For example,the Internet's disturbance to students,limitations of cooperative learning and interactive modes,lack of professional course videos,short of enthusiasm for schoolmasters and students,and so on.All the above proposes higher and more requirements to schools,teachers,students and textbooks.Therefore,there are many challenges in the present flipped classroom.First,schools should strengthen information construction and arrange proper schedules to give students enough time to study after class;Teachers should formulate proper strategies according to the characteristics of their own subjects,and enhance their professional capacity to face the new challenges;Teachers should also train students' self-learning abilities and improve their information literacy;The education authorities should change evaluation methods,effectively integrating process evaluation with result one.
