The Study Of Bu-zhong-xiao-wei Tang In Treating Precancerous Lesions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis In Clinic

Objective：Study the effects of Bu-zhong-xiao-wei tang （BZXWT） in treatingprecancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）in Clinic. Methods：The30patients of precancerous lesions of CAG were treated with BZXWT and the clinicaland pathological effects were contrasted with those of the30patients treated withWeifuchun ablet. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and afterthe treatment，including gastroscopic and pathologic observing.2months were set as acourse of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during3course.Results：Data of the clinical research showed that the effective rate of BZXWT wassignificantly higher than Weifuchun ablet （P<0.05或P<0.01）. There wassignificant difference between the BZXWT group and the Weifuchun group (p<0.01or p<0.05). Conclusions： BZXWT is the effective remedy of treating precancerouslesions of CAG，it can moderate clinical symptom，promote recoverment of pathological changes，alleviate the patients’sufferings rapidly.
