ObjectiveTo observe the clinic curative effect and safety of Qingyou Lotion in thetreatment for Condyloma Acuminatum and provide a theoretical basis for the universalclinic application of Qingyou Lotion via the method of immunohistochemistry todetermine of form and amount variations of LCs before and after the treatment.Methods1. clinical observation1).The total amount of the clinic patients is 132; there are 70 male patients and52 female patients. The age of those patients range from 17 to 65. According to theSTDs Diagnosis Standard and Treatment Principle (Department of Disease Control, August, 2000), the diagnosis conclusion for them is Condyloma Acuminatu. The diameterof single affected part of a patient's body is no more than 1cm. The diameter of flockaffected parts of a patient's body is no more than 51cm and the number of the affectedpart of a patient's body is no more than 30. The patients are divided into there groupsrandomly. There are 47cases in the treatment group, 40 in the comparison group one(1) and 45 in the comparison group two (2). The results show that there are nosignificant difference between the patients on the course of diseases, affected partof a patient's body, gender and age. And the data collected here is comparable.2). For the treatment group, the patients are given hip bath treatment with Qingyoulotion 20 minutes twice a day. For the comparison group one (1), the patients aregiven CO₂ laser treatment. For the comparison group two (2), the patients are giventhe same treatment with comparison group one (1) in the first day. From the secondday, they are given hip bath treatment with Qingyou lotion 20 minutes twice a day.3).The set period of treatment is three months. Examine the curative effect andrecrudescence rate of the first month, second month and third month for each groupseparately. After a period of treatment, observe the situation of recrudescence inthe next three months randomly. 4).Perform statistic analysis with the data after the end of observation. For the comparison group one (1) the rate of cure is 17.5 %, the rate of resultsignificance is 22.5%, and the recrudescence rate is 70.0%. For the comparisongroup two (2), the rate of cure is 88.9 %, the rate of result significance is 4.4% and the recrudescence rate is 0%.During the random interview, there is norecrudescence in the treatment group and comparison group two (2) while there are10 cases of recrudescence in the comparison group one (1). (P＜0.05)2. experimentThe immunohistochemistry result: there are many langerhans cells in the hecklecell of the normal prepuce epidermis, which distribute uniformitily, and most locatedin the middle of the epidermis, the cell body of typical langerhans cell is round, ellipse or anomalism, there are mang most 3 or 4 and slendermis cellprocesses, and can be seen the second order cell process, the number of langerhanscell in the epidermis of CA obviously decrease, and distribute irregularly, mostlyin the bottom of epidermis, the cell body shrink, the dendrite ecphyma is obviouslyreduced, decurtate and disappeared, rarely can be seen second order ecphyma andtypical langerhans cell. most langerhans cell's structure is not integrated, evencan see the punctiform and strip structure, individual example can't seen langerhanscell topically. there is little untypically LC in the bottom of the dermissuperficial layer, only can see cell body but not dendrite structure, the LC locatedin the whole recovered epidermis, some of the structure is not integrity, can onlysee dendrite structure and cytoplasm and dun langerhans cell, and the distributionis uniformity, and can see some LC in the folliculus pili accidently.ConclusionThe of curative effect and recrudescence rate of the treatment group is betterthan the comparison group one (1), and has no significant difference compared withcomparison group two (2). Thus, the curative effect of Qingyou lotion treatment isobvious and with lowrecrudescence rate. But for those who suffers severe affectedpart in the skin and has a long course of diseases, the falling off course of theaffected part is slower compared with the CO₂ laser treatment, and the period oftreatment is longer. The amount of cutis LCs of those patients received Qingyou lotiontreatment increases obviously, and cutes LCs Present obvious dendritic structure.
