Objective: To investigate the expression of CD105 ,P63,and HSP70 in Condyloma acuminatum and to evaluate the relationship among their expression. Methods: The expression of CD105,P63 and HSP70 was observed by SP immunohistochemical technique in 50 cases of Condyloma acuminatums and 10 cases of normal prepuce tissues. The relationship between the expression and clinical-pathological behaviors was also analyzed.Result: (1) CD105 was abundantly expressed in angiogenic endothelial cells (EC) in CA(MVD=19.14±6.7),and unexpressed in normal tissue (MVD=1.7±1.64).The difference between them had a markedly statistical significance(P<0.01). The magnitude of MVD marked by CD105 antibody correlated with location (P<0.01) , and no noticeable relationship was found with age or with sexuality (P>0.05, P>0.05).(2) P63 was strongly expressed from stratum basale to stratum granulosum in CA, and only expressed in the stratum basale of normal tissue. The difference between them had a markedly statistical significance(P<0.01).The positive rate had a great relevancy with location(P<0.05) ,and no noticeable relationship was found with age or with sexuality (P>0.05, P>0.05).(3) The positive rate of HSP70 was 20% in 10 cases of normal tissue, and 80% in CA, the difference between them had a markedly statistical...
