Objective:condyloma acuminatum is a sexually transmitted disease clinically often seen, in recent years the incidence rate is rising. The treatment methods although many, but the recurrence rate is always a difficult problem. The position of the anus is special, and perianal skin mucous membrane are frictional easily, and postoperative easily to fecal contamination, so the perianal condyloma treatment is more difficult and The recurrence rate is higher.This topic will be based on clinical practice, to observe the curative effect of ZhiXiKang Lotion Ⅲ(ZL Ⅲ) in prevention of postoperative anal condyloma acuminatum recurrence, which is after electricity knife excision.We try to find the new way to reduce the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum aspects from the traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Mathod:Two groups were treated by electricity knife excision to remove visible warts first.Patients in the study group received ZL Ⅲ sitz bath, while patients in the control group received You Jingan.All these patients were treated for6weeks and followed up for6months,then the therapeutic efficacy was assessed.Result:The study group in treating perianal condyloma acuminatum effect is significant, and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, the clinical curative effect is obviously higher than that of control group. Cure rates are:the treatment group93.33%, control group70%; The recurrence rate are:the treatment group6.67%, control group30%.Conclusions:ZL Ⅲ can effectively reduce the perianal condyloma acuminatum recurrence rate which is after electricity knife excision.
