Gentian Lotion Combined With Interferon Gel For External Application In Prevention Of Postoperative Recurrence Of Condyloma Acuminatum Clinical Observation

Objective:through to the Gentian Lotionand recombinant human interferon alpha2b gel in treatment of condyloma acuminatum patients relapse research, observation, to judge the Gentian Lotionand clinical curative effect, discuss the prevention of relapse of condyloma acuminatum mechanism.Methods:70patients met the inclusion criteria for outpatient patients with condyloma acuminatum and divided into treatment group and control group,35cases in each group. All cases were in routine disinfection of CO2laser surgery under local anesthesia, the wart body disposable cautery removal, partial external rub erythromycin eye ointment to prevent infection; the treatment group were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha2b gel and gentian lotion, a control group given recombinant human interferon alpha2b gel. The treatment group and the control group of30days for a course of treatment, observe two groups of patients before treatment, after topical skin treatment. Results:The treatment group than in the control group significantly decreased in patients with condyloma acuminatum relapse rate (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gentian Lotion combined with recombinant human interferon alpha2b gel decrease the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum, its efficacy is better than the single application of recombinant human interferon alpha2b gel.
