Mao Sequence Poly Umbrella Delphinium Alkaloids

Delphinium laxicymosum var pilostachyum is an endemic species of Delphinium plants in China, no current reports have been seen on its chemical components. We have taken a detailed phytochemistry study on the whole herbs of this species, and the isolated 20 compounds, which containes 6 new diterpenoid alkaloids, named as laxipilostine A (1), laxipilostine B (2), laxipilostine C (3), laxipilostine D (4), laxipilostine E (5), laxipilostine F (6),respectively. The other 14 coumpounds are delconine (7), delsoline (8), lycoctonine (9), deltatsine (10), anthranoyllycotonine (11), delsemineB (12), delsemineA (13), methyllycaconitine (14), delcosine (15), pacidine (16), gigactonine (17), 18-methoxygadesine (18), jiufengtine (19), dehydrodelsoline (20). And all the 20 diterpenoid alkaloids are identified by spectra data (IR, MS, HRMS, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, DEPT, HMQC, ¹H-¹HCOSY, HMBC, NOE) and chemical methods.
